MONICA ZAFFARNO draws on more than 20 years of experience in media and entertainment. Known for her discerning eye and intuitive matchmaking, Monica has a rare gift for aligning each project with the ideal creative partner—ensuring teams are built with intention and outcomes are consistently exceptional. MICHAEL KAMINSKI brings over two decades of production leadership, with deep expertise spanning CGI, broadcast, photography, retouching, print, digital, and integrated content. With a sharp strategic mind and a calm, solution-oriented approach, Michael specializes in translating big, bold ideas into smooth, scalable productions.
